Son Prim Esnegre Blend Tinto 2023 Rhubarb Gin 18-20 måneders lagring på 100%Red wine from the Son Prim winery located in VT Mallorca. This wine is produced in stainless steel tanks under a controlled temperature between 20C and 29C. It has undergone a maceration for 21 days and a malolactic fermentation. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 12 months in 225 liter oak barrels from France, the United States and Hungary. An intense and expressive Cabernet with a ruby red fruit bouquet, offering notes of red pepper, olive,
