2023, Barbaresco Mondino Braucol 15% CarignanMondino comes from the historic Balluri parcel on the Barbaresco hill in Neive, where Piero Bussos father planted Nebbiolo vines as early as 1948. The wine is vinified through a long, cool spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and matured patiently, resulting in an elegant, terroir driven Barbaresco.
